When the product reaches you and before use, after washing it with warm water and liquid soap for hygiene reasons and drying it, proceed to the usage phase. We do not recommend using hot water.

To get the most out of your Bathmmate HydroXtreme pump, follow our proper user guide below. Note that there are slight differences when using in the tub compared to using in the shower. There are also slight differences between the first model bathmate hercules and the hydromax series pumps and Xtreme models. Therefore, we emphasize these differences.
1 – Hydroxtreme Hand pump and hose
To prepare your Hydroxtreme pump for use, you must first connect the hand pump and the red hose.
2 – Black button and Valve ready for use
First you have to turn the valve to the open position. (Attention! In Hercules and Hydromax models, the valve is not turned, but in the HydroXtreme model it can be turned a little!) If the valve can be turned and pressed, it is in the closed position. If it cannot be pressed when you turn it, it is in the open position and ready to use.
After making the valve available for use, you must turn on the black button in the middle of the valve. In other words, it should be in the middle, if you push it to the right or left, it will be in the closed position and not suitable for use.
3 – Connect the red hose
Connect the other end of the red hose with which we connected the hand pump to the pump.
4 – Comfort pad placement
Align the notch on the comfort pad with the notch on the rubber bellows to ensure a snug fit.
5 – Fill water
You can fill your HydroXtreme pump with water, after doing the previous steps.
6 – Insert the penis into the pump
Insert your penis into the water-filled pump. Be careful not to spill too much water during the placement process. In addition, your penis should be deflated, that is, it should not be in an erection. The comfort pad is not flat but curved and conformable to the body. In the picture to the side, you will lean the hydroxtreme pump to the body as in the upper part.
7 – Pump with a hand pump
Reach optimum pressure using the hand pump. WARNING: The valve is only slightly turned on our HydroXtreme model penis pumps. Never turn the valve on our Hydro and Hydromax pumps because the mechanism is broken. In Hydro and Hydromax penis pump models, the valve does not need to be turned. Only the HydroXtreme model needs some turning so that the valve is in the open or closed position.
